august.

for the past few summers i have looked forward to the month of august. not because i'm a fall/winter kinda gal by any means, or that i have some amazing vacation planned for the end of the summer. it's more of a silent commemoration to a certain time that changed my life forever.

for me, the month of august will always be the month
we fell in love. 


it may have taken two months for us to say those three small words to each other, but it really only took 5 seconds afterwards for us to decide that we would get married someday.

how in love i was (and still am) with this kid.
